The short version

The Wirewalker is a horror game made by an individual developer, not a company. Play it, don't abuse it, and don't expect it to be perfect — it's given to you "as is." These terms cover the game, the website, and the game's social media accounts.

Who runs this

The Wirewalker is made and operated by an individual developer based in Serbia, not a registered company. Contact for anything in these terms: [email protected].

License to play

Buying or downloading The Wirewalker gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play it on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile, or claim the game or its assets as your own. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the game, its code, art, sound, or name to you.

Age and content

The Wirewalker contains sustained horror content and is not intended for children. Play at your own discretion; some sequences are designed to be intense.

The Walker List

Some levels let you enter a three-letter name onto a public, worldwide leaderboard if you place in the top ten for that level. By entering a name, you agree not to submit anything offensive, hateful, or impersonating another person. Entries that violate this may have their displayed name hidden at our discretion, without notice. See the Privacy Policy for what is and isn't stored.

Purchases

The optional in-app purchase that unlocks the full game is processed entirely by Apple or Google. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment issues are handled through their systems and policies, not directly by us. We don't see or store your payment details.

No warranty

The Wirewalker is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device. You use it at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, the website, or its social media accounts. This doesn't limit any liability that can't be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the game develops. If a change is significant, we'll update the date above and, where required by the app stores, note it in the app's update notes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
